You are not alone; 90% said they struggled with body confidence when I asked people this question. I have personally dealt with and regularly work on this with my clients, which is why I have created this 6-week program to help you find your body confidence so you can start feeling comfortable in your skin and stop limiting yourself.

During the 6 weeks, we will meet online via zoom once a week to work through some of the common issues that affect our body confidence.

This 6-week program will help you increase your body confidence, learn how to shift your mindset, and start feeling comfortable in your skin.

The groups will be small, so you have the opportunity to ask questions, share how you are going, experience the different techniques and create a safe space.

Only the start of each session will be recorded where I am going over the topic due to confidentially, so you will need to be able to attend each session.

In order to get the most out of this program, you will need to participate, but you do not need to share anything that makes you feel uncomfortable.

What do you need for each session –

  • Pen and paper so you can take notes

  • Week 1 & 6, you will require some plain sheets of paper and some colouring pens or pencils

This program is designed to help you start changing your attitude towards your body. This program does not replace professional support. It is not a weight loss program. It is not suitable for anyone currently struggling with an eating disorder. If you are unsure if this program is for you, please arrange a free call, and we can discuss your personal situation.
